By placing an order for any of our products or services you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

Pricing, Payment and VAT

  • All goods (sales and service) must be paid for before goods are dispatched. In the case of service jobs booked online, your payment card will be authorised for the amount of the service and delivery confirmed at the time of booking, and any adjustment, e.g. extra parts/work authorised by you or reductions if some work is not necessary, will be made when the job is completed.
  • All prices are in GBP and include VAT at 15%. Prices charged are as advised on this website or over the phone at time of order. If additional charges are required to complete service work you will be asked for authorisation before any additional work is carried out. If you're outside the EU or in a tax-free area, product and shipping prices will be adjusted to take out VAT.
  • For payments online and over the phone, we accept most major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal. We use secure servers so that your information is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. When your order is processed, your encrypted card number is removed from the web server.
  • Carriage will be charged separately on all deliveries other than where an inclusive delivered price has been agreed in advance.

Product Availability

  • We try to keep a good stock of parts, both for our own service work and for sale. However, not all the products shown on our website at any time may be in stock and these will show as out of stock if you try to buy them. You may order them and we will fulfill these orders as soon as the products become available.
  • Certain products and services are not available to customers in some areas.

Accuracy of Information

  • Whilst we have made every effort to make prices and information accurate, including describing the products we sell using manufacturers' descriptions and websites, together with our own descriptions, photos and opinions, this is a new website and errors may occur.

Delivery

  • We will send your items as shown in Delivery Information and they will need signing for on arrival. They will generally be delivered between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. We are unable to specify specific delivery times. Estimated delivery times are shown but we cannot be held responsible for delays by our carriers.
  • If the item is damaged on arrival, please take photo(s) of the damage and packaging, and notify us immediately.
  • We have tried to give correct delivery costs for different sized items, services and destinations. However, if a shipping method is not shown at Checkout, please call us and we will arrange a suitable one.

Booking Date

  • We commit to carrying out service jobs on the Booked Date given at time of booking. However, if the items arrive after 12 noon on the Booked Date or later, for whatever reason, we cannot guarantee that the work will be done on the Booked Date. We will commence the work as soon as practicable.
  • Similarly, if the Booking Reference Number is not shown on the outside of the package or, in the case of phone bookings, there is no Service Order Form included with the package, we may book the job for the next available Booking Date at that time. In the case that we can't identify who the package is from, we will store the package in our workshop pending contact by the sender.
  • Delays can occur in completing the job on the Booked Date. We may need information or authorisation from you about work, parts, delivery or payment and we will try to contact you on that day. If we don't get a response within 30 minutes we may not be able to complete the job that day. Other delays will be communicated to you (e.g. obtaining parts not in stock)

Workmanship Guarantee

  • All service work is guaranteed for 3 months from the date of repair to be free from defects in workmanship. Any product that is returned within this period and is found to be defective in workmanship will be repaired free of charge. This guarantee does not apply to products that have not been properly installed, maintained, adjusted correctly or have simply been misused. Neither does it cover product/component failure or wear and tear.
  • If you think you have a problem with a fork/shock that we have serviced within the above period and want to claim under the guarantee, you must call us first for an assessment. It will be helpful if you have the job number or invoice number so we can help you quickly. We will attempt to resolve the problem in the most appropriate way, including repairing it, sending a replacement part and advising on use or adjustment.

Returning Goods

  • Items returned for refund must be in their original packaging and undamaged. They must also be returned within 30 days of original purchase date otherwise they may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Please contact us before returning any items.
  • In the case of springs and mount kits where you specified the size and it proves to be incorrect you will be subject to a repeat postage charge on exchanges.

Discounted Services on Purchased Forks

  • Certain new forks include a discount relating to the first year's service of that fork and these are shown on our website. The period in which you must get the first year's service carried out and qualify for the discount is detailed on the original purchase invoice, and no discount will be given outside this period.

Trade

  • Our website is currently configured for the public only, although we would like to build B2B options in future. For all trade prices, bookings and orders, please call us.

Law

  • Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
  • TF Tuned Shox disclaims damages of any kind, compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties implied or otherwise relating to use of this site.
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and we both irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
