Online Shop FAQs

How and when will you send my order?

For spare parts, if they are in stock we will send them out the same day if we receive the order before midday (except weekends). If we receive the order after midday, we will do our best to dispatch them same day, but it may be the following working day. For new forks and shocks, we will contact you for set-up information and discuss delivery options with you. We normally send spare parts by post (see below for cost/delivery times). Forks, shocks and large/heavy orders usually go by courier. In all cases, you'll need to sign for the delivery so please provide a suitable address with extra instructions if necessary.

What happens if the Fork/Shock/Part is out of stock?

Our online shop shows items that we usually stock and some that, due to low demand, we get in to order. If an item is out of stock but due in a day or two, we will send it as soon as it arrives. If it may take longer, we'll contact you.

How can I pay?

You can pay using our online payment system (SagePay) by these debit/credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron (UK only), Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Delta and Solo. Alternatively, you can use PayPal.

A detailed invoice is sent with the item(s) in a red 'Documents Enclosed' envelope on the front of the package and, where a fork or shock is supplied, a Set-up Record will also be sent.

What if I have questions I need to ask you first?

Phone is the best way to contact us. Don't worry about disturbing us at work - we all have headsets so can continue working whilst answering your questions.

Call +44 (0) 1373 826800

Emails may take longer as there's no-one to answer them except us, and we're working on forks/shocks all day! It could be several working days before we reply.

Returns policy

Please contact us before returning any items. Items returned for refund must be in their original packaging and undamaged. They must also be returned within 30 days of purchase date otherwise they may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Postage costs will not be refunded. In the case of springs and mount kits, where you ordered the wrong size, you will be subject to a repeat postage charge on exchanges.
