RockShox Boxxer '06-09 Team/Race/World Cup forks

The standard Boxxer can suffer when ridden hard in rough going, as the simple rebound makes the fork pack down, giving a very harsh and 'lost' feel. By adding the PUSH dual flow rebound piston the fork is able to recover quicker on repeat hits when deep in the travel, giving greater response and control with the additional feeling of more travel. You will now be able to set the rebound slow enough on the top of the stroke so the fork doesn't bob around during pedalling but is still bang on for the fast stuff.

As with any TFT Rebuild Service, your fork is completely disassembled, cleaned, inspected and bushings are sized to their mating inner fork tubes to maximize chassis performance.

Then we add the PUSH Factory Tuning, which is for those riders looking for the ultimate tailored performance out of the fork. Our technicians, taking into consideration rider weight, riding style and frame application, utilize the PUSH exclusive FDV Rebound Piston upgrade system to increase traction, bump sensitivity, and big hit control.

Our technicians then install fork seals, fork wipers, crush washers, O-ring kit, and finish off your fork with RSP racing fork fluid. Lastly, a careful application of new PUSH 'Factory Rebuild' decals.

• PUSH "Vault" damper seal housing which offers maximum sealability while maintaining smooth function under extreme loading. CNC machined from 6016-T6 Aluminium featuring a urethane rod seal and upper and lower T-40 lined rod bushings
• Compression mid-valve which increased support to reduce the 'wallow' effect during multiple deep stroke impacts as well as increasing the damper's response during high frequency events
• High flow rebound piston offering large port volume and tuneability of the fork's high speed rebound characteristics, CNC machined to exacting standards
• Proprietary PTX piston glide ring designed for maximum load bearing while offering friction free running even at high temperature levels
