Throughout the time that your suspension is with us, we refer to your Order Form to show us what you want. If you have spoken to us or emailed about the job prior to it arriving, please REPEAT anything relevant as we don't keep records of calls/emails. Saying "As discussed" won't help us to do the best job and could result in delays.
