Standard forks can suffer when ridden hard in rough going, as the simple rebound design makes the fork pack down, giving a very harsh and 'lost' feel. By adding the PUSH Dual Flow Rebound Piston the fork is able to recover quicker on repeat hits when deep in the travel, giving greater response and control with the additional feeling of more travel. You will now be able to set the rebound slow enough on the top of the stroke so the fork doesn't bob around during pedalling but still be bang on for the fast stuff.
As with any TFT Tuned Rebuild Service, your fork is completely disassembled, cleaned, inspected and bushings are sized to the mating inner fork tubes to maximize the chassis performance.
Then we add the PUSH Factory Tuning, which is for those riders looking for the ultimate tailored performance out of their fork. Our technicians, taking into consideration rider weight, style and frame application, utilize the PUSH exclusive FDV Rebound Piston upgrade system to increase traction, bump sensitivity, and big hit control.
Our technicians then install Fork Seals, Fork Wipers, Crush Washers, O-ring kit, and finish your fork off with RSP Racing Fork Fluid. Lastly, a careful application of new Push "Factory Rebuild" decals.
