What will TFTuning do for my Specialized shock?
The shocks are built and designed to cope with a wide variety of rider weights and styles. At TFTuned we will make the shock/fork work for you.
At the rear we will adjust compression and rebound characteristics to suit your riding preferences. By doing this we will improve the ride of the shock to stop it punching through the mid-stroke and give it a livelier feel on all terrain.
Why do you only service the Specialized Epic shock and not the Fox Brain?
We only work on the Specialized shock because we have full access to all spares and parts thanks to a great partnership with Specialized. With the Fox versions we have difficulty sourcing essential spares on the Fox Brain series of rear shocks and this incurs delays and extra expense so we don't offer it.
Will TFTuned carry out warranty work?
No. We will not undertake any warranty work. This must be done by Specialized themselves, so if in doubt contact your Specialized dealer and they can send it direct.
I have a problem with my first generation Enduro SL shock or fork.
Sorry, we don't have parts going back this far. Specialized have made a few revisions since then and will be able to help via your dealer.
Will a TFTuned service affect my warranty with Specialized?
No, it will help it. We are an authorized Service Centre with genuine Specialized parts.
