Our workshop hours are 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday (If calling from outside UK check time zones)

We are a small specialist business and our focus is on keeping riders on their bike with the best possible suspension set up for their needs. We achieve this by ensuring that our technicians and support staff focus first and foremost on customer's service jobs. This means we don't have a lot of staff who can spend their time answering emails. If you have a problem we far prefer a call - the guys wear head-sets so they can talk to you whilst working on service jobs.
