We are specialists. We work on suspension all day, every day... and only on the brands you see on this website. That's all we do!
As riders ourselves, we know what feels good out there on the trail, so when it comes to working on your suspension we do more than just the basics. We use all our expertise and do extra work to make it the best it can be, and if we think it could benefit from a new spring or upgrade, we'll call you with the options. Then we'll test it until it's good enough for the TF Tuned sticker.
Speed.
... is good when on your bike, and good when we're working on your stuff. That's why we use a Booking System to give you a date on which we'll do your work so, if we're booked ahead, you can keep riding until we're ready for you. Before you know it, it's back and you're ripping the trails again.
Service Records.
You're not there to see what's up with your fork/shock and what we're doing to it, so it's only fair that we tell you. For every job we do, we prepare a one-page Service Record showing Work Done, Parts Fitted, Observations/Recommendations, and Set-Up. And we return all the old parts taken out so that you can see them.
Hand-prepared fork/shock sales.
When you buy a fork/shock from us, it is first stripped, prepared and set-up for you, your bike and your riding style. This is included in the price, even if it involves swapping springs or fitting the right mount kits. The set-up that we do for you is detailed on the back of the invoice. All you have to do is fit it and ride.
Nice things.
A couple of other things that we're proud to offer:
- we always ask you to authorise any extra work/parts/costs so you keep control
- we send you an email when your fork/shock leaves so you know when to expect it. It also gives you tracking information.
- we answer your phone call ourselves, not with a machine or switchboard. We hate those answering machines as much as you do.
